PERSONAL DATA CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY :

This policy (the « Policy ») details Cap Digital Paris Region’s policy with regard to personal data on the solve.mobilize-fs.com website or any other website operated by Cap Digital Paris Region (the « Website »). The purpose of this Charter is to inform you of the conditions under which Cap Digital Paris Region collects personal data, the reasons for which this data is collected, the use that is made of it and your rights, and it applies to all information provided by yourself or collected by Cap Digital Paris Region during your browsing on the Site.

When you browse the Site, Cap Digital Paris Region may collect personal data about you. Personal data includes in particular:

  • Nominative data, such as your civil status, telephone numbers, address, email address, documents that you provide if you take part in a challenge
  • Electronic identification data available on or from your computer (such as « cookies » or « IP addresses »). Your electronic identification data makes it possible to identify your connection terminal or the pages consulted on the Site during your browsing.

1. General information

Through the Website, you may be asked to provide Cap Digital Paris Region with personal data as part of your registration for a SOLVE challenge.

2. Right of access, rectification, deletion and opposition to processing

You have the right to access, rectify or delete any personal information concerning you, as well as the right to object to the processing of this data, which you may exercise at any time by sending an email to Pierre-Alexis Tilly (Cap Digital) at the following address: dpo@capdigital.com.

However, due to Cap Digital Paris Region’s obligation of security and confidentiality in the processing of personal data, you are informed that your request will be processed provided that you can prove your identity, in particular by producing a scan of your valid identity document (in the case of an online request) or a signed photocopy of your valid identity document (in the case of a written request).

Cap Digital Paris Region undertakes to respond to your request for access, rectification or opposition or any other additional request for information within a reasonable period of time, which may not exceed one month from receipt of your request.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State in which your habitual residence is located, your place of work or the place where the violation was committed, if you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you constitutes a violation of the applicable regulations.

3. Personal data management by cap digital paris region

3.1 Data collection purposes

Through the Website, Cap Digital Paris Region processes the data concerning you that is necessary for the following purposes:

  • Registration for the SOLVE Challenges
  • Production of anonymous statistics on Site traffic.

 

3.2 Data storage

Data is kept for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

 

3.3 Recipients of data

Your personal data is intended for the Cap Digital Paris Region departments concerned by your requests.

Cap Digital Paris Region does not pass on your personal data except :

  • If Cap Digital Paris Region needs to share this information with third parties in order to provide you with the service you request.
  • If Cap Digital Paris Region is required by a judicial authority or any other administrative authority to communicate the information.

     

3.4 Data security and hosting

Cap Digital Paris Region has taken all reasonable precautions to preserve the confidentiality and security of personal data processed and to prevent it from being distorted, damaged, destroyed or accessed by unauthorised third parties. Technical and organisational security measures have been put in place for this purpose.

Cap Digital Paris Region does not, however, control all the risks associated with the operation of the Internet and draws the attention of Internet users to the existence of possible risks inherent in its use and operation.

For the purposes of technical storage of your personal data, your data will be centralised with the following service providers:

  • Prométhée Services – in Ile de France,
  • Microsoft – in France

Cap Digital Paris Region attaches the greatest importance to the protection and security of its information systems.

Tools have been put in place to enable Cap Digital Paris Region to detect any security flaws. These tools may incidentally lead to access to personal data by security teams. This data will be collected and processed for the sole purpose of managing these vulnerabilities and in compliance with the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data.

4. Changes to the policy

Cap Digital Paris Region may be required to modify the Charter and will ensure that you are informed either by a special mention on the Site, or by a personalised warning, particularly in the context of newsletters.

5. Policy on personal data relating to minors

The Site is not intended for minors. However, access to the Site is not forbidden to them as it does not contain any content that is forbidden to minors under the age of 18.

If information is collected on a minor by the Site, the minor’s legal representative will be able to contact dpo@capdigital.com to rectify, modify or delete this information.
